Korea Electronics Show (KES)

‘KES’ is Korea’s largest technology exhibition that has been held for 55 years since the birth of the Korean electronics industry in 1969. KES, attracting participation from 550 companies and over 70,000 visitors, is scheduled to be held at COEX from Oct. 22 to 25, 2024. It serves as a global business platform, offering insights into the value chains of various industries and the exhibition will cover a wide range of topics, including artificial intelligence, the metaverse, advanced mobility, robotics, digital health, smart life, and electronic components, among others.

The 'KES Innovation Award' is given to unearth and support the promotion of innovative products and technologies spanning convergence technology, electronic component materials, tech solutions, and smart living. Winning the 'KES Innovation Award' will ultimately help increase corporate brand value and consumer trust.

Electronics and IT Day Awards

This award ceremony was established in commemoration of reaching USD 100 billion in export of electronic and IT products in 2006. To praise the dedication and hard work of individuals who contribute to the electronics and IT industry, governmental prizes are awarded in October each year including the Order of Industrial Service Merit, Industrial Service Medal, and Presidential Citation.

The Korea Pavilion for startups is at IFA (Internationale Funkausstellung), the world's largest consumer electronics and home appliances trade show, to assist them to expand in foreign markets.
