‘DAMDA’ is a Big data platform developed by KEA in 2019. As this platform applies AI and IoT to home appliances and electronic products, it is possible to improve the performance of existing products and to develop new innovative products at the same time.
‘DAMDA’ also collects and analyzes various data inside the enterprise, provides information services for decision-makers, and supports development of new business models by combining data-based products and services. It has recently developed a guideline for exporters to respond to overseas data regulations so that they can proactively address possible challenges regarding such regulations. ‘DAMDA’ also operates education programs to help field workers to enhance their abilities to analyze and utilize Big data in an effort to support training of data experts.
XR Convergence Center provides opportunities to evaluate the optical and mechanical performance of products and conduct participatory evaluations in similar environments to find out and address problems so that enterprises can release market-friendly products and services.
For this purpose, it is equipped with more than 50 XR instruments such as HMD(Head Mounted Display), AR glasses from different manufacturers, performance and quality evaluation rooms, brain wave and eye-tracking evaluation/measurement devices, etc.
Digital Distribution Center has established the ‘Fulfillment’ system which contains the processes from product ordering to warehousing, storage, packaging, delivery, and return by digitalizing and advancing traditional small and medium sized distribution centers.
It also has developed the new ‘standard identification code for distribution’ that combines the existing product information with information on the distribution process, supporting digital transition of small and medium sized distributors.
